From your picture it looks like your brow is pressing down onto your upper eyelids. Your drooping brow is also straight which gives a more masculine appearance. I would consider a browlift before a blepharoplasty as the former can address the excess skin over your eyelids and the curvature of the brow. Hope this helps

It's hard to tell if your eyes are larger because they are "bulging" or if your lower lids are retracted (which can be a part of a condition called exophthalmos). Make sure you don't have hyperthyroidism. That condition can cause exophthalmos. If you do have bulging secondary to hyperthyroid, make an appointment with an orbital surgeon. There are now non-surgical ways to reverse the bulging you see.
If you do not have bulging eyes and your lower lids are pulled down...

I've looked at your picture and feel that you have a couple options - the first is to raise the right brow to match the left and the second is to lower the left brow. I would first consider waiting for the effects of the Botox to wear off on the left side. Botox is often used to elevate the brow and it is possible that Botox could be applied over the right brow to elevate it. Another option would be surgical. A browlift on the lower side could more closely match the left...

I can see two issues you may have looking at your picture. The first is regarding your upper eyelid asymmetry. The lids are actually the same height - it's the creases that are slightly different in height. The reason for this is your left brow is a bit lower than the right brow. This lower brow pushes the skin down slightly and lowers your crease on the left side. Unless it really bothers you, I wouldn't advise any surgery. If you did want surgery, consider a left...

Without seeing more of your face, i'd say that you may want to consider a fractional laser to even your facial skin texture. Browlifts are a consideration, but I don't feel that they would make much difference in the quest for looking younger. A lift could help soften your appearance, however. Your brows are straight which tend to be associated as being masculine. An arched brow will change the way you appear.
Not really rejuvenation, but certainly changing how you...

You should definitely find someone who specializes in asian eyelid surgery. The anatomy of the eyelids differs significantly enough between Asians and Caucasions that the same surgery in one group may not be appropriate in the other. My advice is to look at surgeon's photos and see if they have a number of Asians in their galleries. That will give you a good indication of whether Asians are a large part of the practice. Hope this helps!

Looking at your photo, I feel that the issue you're having isn't the brow. It's the eyelid. You have a mild ptosis on that side. Because the eyelid is low, you're compensating by raising the left brow to pull the lid above the visual axis so you can see. The levator muscle of the left eyelid needs to be tightened. Once the lid has lifted, the brow will come down to match that of the other side. A blepharoplasty will only remove skin but the eyelid will still be low...
