Yes, fillers can be injected not only in the tear trough, but throughout the infraorbital area and into the nasojugal grove. If volume loss has occurred there, they will help to restore the entire lid-cheek junction area.

If you want to broaden a chin, the best solution is fillers. Threads would not have much impact, and would not last long due to the facial motion in that area.

In actuality, your mouth corners are nicely suspended and not curving downward. What you are suffering from is significant skin laxity and volume depletion in the face. You would be a very good candidate for J Plasma resurfacing which would tighten skin tremendously. Also, pan-volumization with fat (preferably) or fillers tot the midface and cheek hollows will be very effective.
What happened to my eyes after filler?

This is a fairly frequent complication of tear trough injections. The filler has hydrated after placement and is creating a baggy look. The filler can be reversed with hyaluronidase, which should correct the problem. You may be a good candidate for laser resurfacing under the eye which will tighten the skin significantly.

Yes, fillers can certainly help to correct facial asymmetry. A skilled injector should be able to evaluate areas of deficit and choose the right kind and quantity of product to give you a more balanced look. Sometimes non-surgical threads can also be helpful to move tissue into position to aid in creating symmetry.

There's nothing specifically wrong with getting cheek fillers at age 23 if there is an appropriate volume deficit present. Young patients do very well with these products, and often less product is needed. They can have a very beneficial effect on facial shape.

Yes, it is certainly possible that no result was obtained. There can be a number of reasons for this including:
1. Your tissues are not mobile enought
2. Not enough threads placed
3. Threads not sufficiently anchored
4. Thread type is too weak
5. Thread angles not ideal
6. Too much motion in your face after thread placement
Usually adding threads can improve results. But, sometimes they simply don't work well.
