Although treatment of the corrugators alone (grabella region) may cause some increased activity of the surrounding muscles, it is not unreasonable to attempt to treat this area alone without treating the entire forehead. If you do develop a Spock Brow, a touch up injection of a small amount of Botox on each side of the forehead about 1-2 cm above the brow should alleviate the Spock appearance.
