This is a 63-year-old female who was diagnosed with right breast invasive cancer 12 years before presenting to our office, at which time she had undergone a right breast lumpectomy with three re-excisions for positive margins. She then underwent radiation therapy and chemotherapy. She had severe breast asymmetry and had to wear a 38DD bra to accomodate her left breast size. She underwent a delayed right breast oncoplastic reconstruction with a left breast reduction and lift for symmetry. Results are 12 weeks after surgery; scars will continue to fade.
