At 25 if you are medically fit you can do a tummy tuck at a BMI of 32. It is not ideal however, and you will get a better result with less risk of complications if you can lose weight. At a higher BMI a lot more liposuction needs to be done to get a reasonable result. Although both neuromodulators, Botox and Xeomin, are made by different companies they are virtually the same. Botox has some stabilizing proteins that Xeomin does not but other than that they are the same. They are safe to use close together. The doses of these products used for cosmetic purposes are usually very low. For “therapeutic” doses they are often 10X more.

The BBL is a great procedure as long a you have enough fat for a donor site. The abdomen is the site used most commonly. Unfortunately from your photos it is difficult to determine if you have enough fat for this. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon for consultation.
