Hello, sorry to hear you are having a hard time. While fat grafting can be done at the time of explant/capsulectomy, it may be best to do it later, when everything is healed. Doing fat grafting at the same time runs the risk of the fat filling up the space where the implant used to be, rather than diffusely infiltrating healthy tissue the way it should. Hello, generally the difference between 390 and 420 will be perceptible, but barely when they are in. It will be different, but a minor difference. Smaller implants tend to look more natural, and larger implants tend to look a little more “done”. You have to do what makes you feel comfortable and what aligns with your goals. Hello, generally, if you are going to have a brow lift for brow ptosis, you should have that before, or at the same time as the eyelid surgery. Hello. RE the above photographs there is no real way to tell if liposuction alone will improve things. If, that lower abdominal protuberance is fat (and not laxity of the abdominal wall) then liposuction would likely help. However, sometimes lower abdominal bulges, especially after pregnancy, may be related to laxity of the musculo-fascial layer of the abdominal wall and this would not be improved by liposuction alone.
