Yes, you do seem to have tuberous breasts. However, I certainly think that you’re still an excellent candidate for breast augmentation. In my experience of doing thousands of breast implant surgeries, I would recommend going with either under the breast fold (IMF) or at the infra areolar junction ( known as “through the nipple” approach), doing a dual plane (partly under muscle, partly over), & breaking up the scar bands. Based upon your photos and my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation and lift surgeries, I’d say that a crescent lift (although I do a lot of these in the right patient) is not gonna be enough for you. You need an aggressive circumvertical (lollipop) mastopexy (Lift) to get the results that you are going to need. If your surgeon is unwilling to do that for you, find a surgeon who is. I’m really not sure that one technology is truly better than another for this; just find a good board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in this, & I think that you’ll be happy. In my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation surgeries, I’m pretty sure that those “bumps” are harmless fascial bands caused by stretching the surrounding tissue. They go away on their own, but can resolve faster with simple fingertip massage. I would def show this to your plastic surgeon at your next post op appointment. Best of luck to you!

Thanks for your question! In my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation surgeries, I would say that you should def go earlier & have that stitch looked at & removed. It could get further inflamed, infected, & cause more problems. Call your plastic surgeon & insist on getting seen earlier. Best of luck to you!

In my experience of doing thousands of body contouring surgeries, I’d say that you’re either having a stitch reaction, and/or a little mild infection (cellulitis) to that area. You might need some topical and/or oral antibiotics to make it resolve quicker, but I’d def to see your plastic surgeon about it. Best of luck to you!

Thanks for your question! It’s hard to accurately answer this question without the use of photos; however, there’s not (to my knowledge) a current implant available in the US that is anywhere near 1800cc in size. Also, I highly doubt that large of an implant could be placed submuscular, or that it wouldn’t greatly sag by its weight over time & necessitate a breast lift. Best of luck to you!

Thanks for your question, & for including your photos, they really help! I wouldn’t worry too much about that kernel; you’re still pretty fresh out from surgery. It’s probably just a lump of fat or old blood. I would suggest finger tip massage to that area several times per day; that should make it subside over time. Ask your plastic surgeon at your next post op appointment. Best of luck to you!

Based upon your photos and my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation surgeries, I’d say that a 360MP gel (I’d suggest Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch “gummy bear” implants, I love them!) should work fine for you. However, you should ask your surgeon about sizers; I’ve found them to be very accurate & invaluable to my own practice. Best of luck to you!

Thanks for your question! In my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation surgeries, I’d say that you’re a smart consumer if you see 2-3 different board certified plastic surgeons about this. However, once you pick the one that you feel comfortable and confident with, then one consultation and one more pre op appointment should be enough. Of course, it’s all up to your comfort level. I’d recommend 150-250cc more of volume. You really need to try sizers on. And you should def be able to get better cleavage. I’m just up the road in LBK, if I can be of further help. Thanks for your question, & for including your photos, they really help!In my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation surgeries, I would do your surgery submuscular, in a dual plane position. You don’t have to commit to a lift at the same time, you can always do it later (if needed) I’m office under local anesthesia. You DEF need to try on sizers to help you determine size with your plastic surgeon. Sounds like you may need help; I’m in LBK if I can be of further help.
