This gentleman in his mid-thirties came to my office to discuss treatment of his gynecomastia (male breast reduction surgery). His gynecomastia had been present since adolescence. His treatment consisted of a combined approach; liposuction was used to reduce the fat peripheral to the breast bud and then the breast bud was excised directly. The liposcution allowed treatment of the entire chest as well as allowing for complete removal of the breast bud without an indentation at the nipple (a saucer deformity). Post operative photos are taken six months after surgery. (Sep 6, 2019)
