Thanks for the question. Based on your photos you would benefit from a tummy tuck with liposuction. Your body mass index is 25 which is normal but I get the sense from your photos that you keep a little more of your fat in your midsection. Your don't have to lose weight but if you lost 5-10 lbs prior to surgery I think you would have an even better result. Thanks for the question. Based on the photos and your desires I think you would be a great candidate for a breast augmentation using an implant. As you mentioned, the nipple position is fine. You appear to be deflated mainly. See a great local plastic surgeon.

Promising a cup size can be very difficult as not all manufacturers agree on cup sizes. I think your plastic surgeon can make you as small as her or she safely can. When I approach these procedures I try my best to get the size down to what the patient desires. Sometimes removing more tissue could result in serious complications. Even if you ended up a D cup you will feel so much better. I wouldn't let that stop you from having the surgery.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having this problem. Relatively speaking I would say this is a small wound seperation. It is however serious and should be treated correctly. I would hope that your surgeon is already aware of the situation. At this point the treatment includes local wound care and some debridement (cleaning up) of any tissue that doesn't look healthy. Please see your plastic surgeon ASAP.

Currently, according to the FDA, patients under 22 years of age are not "allowed" to have silicone breast augmentation. Some surgeons will still do a breast augmentation on a patient under 22 but you need to know that it does void the warranty from the implant manufacturer.

This is a wonderful question but very difficult to answer. Here is how I councel patients:
No surgeon can promise you a cup size because cup sized can differ based on the manufacturer
Generally 300 cc will increase you two cup sizes and reasonable to go from an A to a C cup
A "sizing" performed in the office with temporary implants can really help in determining a size.
