Thank you for your question. Forma uses radiofrequency heat to tone and tighten and heat can cause melasma to flare up. Forma is often times done in concentrated areas, such as the submental or jowls, so it is possible to treat you in an area that does not have melasma. In regards to hydroquinone, typically you would want to be off of it one week before doing treatments. It is best to meet with a professional to decide if the treatment would be right for you or not.
