This patient is a 48 year old (5'6", 191 lb) woman who recently lost 60 pounds. She was unhappy with the loose skin and remaining fat on her arms. She opted to undergo liposuction as well as a bilateral brachioplasty, resulting in a much better contour of her upper arms.
