Providing photos would have been helpful as well as your age.  Fillers tend to work well in the 30 to 50 year old woman, however after that a nice natural repositioning of the aging face will may you look more youthful and rested.  In my practice I use a minimal incision face and neck tightening.

The answer is yes.  A Benelli which I don't like because it does very little to shape the breasts can be converted to a Lollipop (Vertical) Lift without any problems.  A vertical lift is a great procedure with very little scarring and great shaping.  I would make sure you see a very experienced PS.

A circumareolar lift or Bennelli lift is not a true lift, but rather a skin tightening procedure.  It can sometimes flatten your nipple and I don't like the scars.  If you want to go under the muscle, you need to get the nipple position high enough.  A better choice is a lollipop lift which gives you better scars and is a true lift which will give you a much better shape to your breasts.
