Yes, I think this is normal without knowing exactly what was done.  This takes 24-48 hours to resolve.  Ice, an anti-histamine and time will make this better.  Good luck, should be a nice result!  Of course, communicate with your care giver if you have further questions, etc.

Nothing beats consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon (b.s.p.s.).  Also more information is necessary to completely answer you.  Depending on whether the implants are saline or silicone etc is an issue.  If you have gained 20 lbs I suspect you may not feel as well as you can and would explore options to lose weight if that is an option.  Good luck and let us know what you end up doing.

However, this may be several things including a separation of the suturing you presumably had with your abdominoplasty or a hernia.  It may be something else as well.  Again, consultation with a b.c.p.s. is your best bet.  Good luck and let us all know what it is.

Most rhinoplasty patients have some mild swelling and stuffy type sensations for 5-7 days. Much of this is resolved by a week and by 6 weeks the majority of swelling has subsided.  However, do the vascular nature of the nose and the nature of healing, it can take a year to year and a half and even two years to see your final results.  Most people can return to a public role in a week and workout after 2 and a half weeks.

Let me be honest, I bought a Cellfina so that's what I would use.  And, it works.  Others may feel differently based on what they bought (lol), but Cellfina is also FDA approved for 2 and soon 3 years of results and works well on the buttocks.

Your surgeon can best address this because they closed you.  Steristrips, a bra as you suggest are 2 things that might help healing as well as other products.  It takes any incision 1-1.5 years to "finish healing" but things are pretty solid at 6 weeks.

Hard to say without an examination.  Generally, saline behave larger than silicone and you may need more volume of silicone for this fact, and the capsulectomy is making things look fuller and you may have some atrophy of your breast tissue over time.  However, there are issues with larger implants that need to be discussed as well.  Hope it went well!

Flying After Breast Implants Revision

I usually have people wait 1-2 weeks but you could theoretically fly one minute after surgery, there's nothing magic about it.  Concerns are really normal post op complications that would be difficult to handle far away, inactivity on a plane (which might cause a life threatening blood clot) and possible heavy lifting/straining that might not happen if you were home in my opinion.

You were very "unbalanced" to start with the left breast (nipple and fold) much higher than the right.  This is difficult to make perfect.  Your results look reasonable for what you had.  I would give this more time to settle.  I would consider a larger implant on the left but examining you would be key to determining the best thing to do.  Good luck

Expanders are definitely a bit uncomfortable but very tolerable.  Early in expansion may be uncomfortable and u may even need a pain pill that night to sleep, but later becomes easier as the system stretches.  Hope that helps.
