35 yo woman, 5’4’’tall, weight 110 pounds who was unhappy with the loss of breast fullness following the birth and breast feeding of her son. Pre-operative breast size was a 34A-cup. Six month post-operative photographs show the results following a bilateral dual plane-one, sub-pectoral breast augmentation with Mentor high profile, smooth, round 325cc silicone gel-filled breast implants placed via an inframammary fold incision. Post-operative bra size is a 34C-cup.
