37 yo woman, 5’5’’tall, weight 139 pounds who had a previous left lumpectomy. Pre-operative breast size was a 36A to B-cup. Two month post-operative photographs show the results following a bilateral dual plane-one, sub-pectoral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate plus profile, smooth, round 325cc silicone gel-filled breast implants placed via an inframammary fold incision. Post-operative bra size is a 36C-cup.
