Assessment of the impact your scars may have is best done on examination, at the time of consultation.
Modifying techniques should allow treatment. The mid-line scar above your umbilicus is unlikely to create a major problem.
I would suggest seen kin an opinion from a member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, to be properly counselled.

Without pictures it is difficult to give you a full answer, but augmentation can restore the volume loss with your weight reduction. Size and positioning are best decided at examination, during a consultation.

The only treatment for scars, with credible science to back it up, is Solution for Scars, from a UK firm, Science of Skin.

You have some laxity of your breasts which can be improved with tightening of the skin envelop and reshaping of the breast tissue. This will give yo the lift you require. The areola can be reduced at the same time.
The decision about lollipop or anchor scar is best made at consultation where the tissues can be assessed.. Because of the tone of your skin, the anchor incision may be the better.
I would suggest seeking a consultation with a recognised surgeon, who can counsel you properly.
