Beware of placing a wide and large implant, because your nipples are both asymmetric and laterally positioned. A large implant will make this more obvious. See if your surgeon has a Sientra Mirror or Vectra technology to virtually place implants on you so that you can be prepared for this. Good luck!

Yes you are bottoming out. Your skin and breast tissue is now no longer supporting your implant. I would recommend a revision likely going down in size of your implants and using a mesh to support the lower portion of your implant so that it is less likely to drop again. Good luck!

Hi Jordan,
We don't always know why scars widen, but in this case it was likely because your skin is thin and there was tension on the skin when it was closed. I typically tell my patients to wait a full two years prior to any scar revisions. The good thing is they are very light. I suggest some microneedling or a skin pen to try to help with the texture. Would I notice the difference of 275cc oppose to 300cc?

If you are going under the muscle, the implant can be flattened slightly on the superior aspect. If this is the case go with the larger implant!
I'm 5,10, 160lbs and broad. Can I go above 500cc?

Hi, I think some of the concern is that a larger high profile implant will be wider and might be too wide for your chest, this will either cause the implants to touch at midline or hang off of your chest wall. I would consider going to a ultra high profile which is likely the look that you want.
How long would a hairstylist need to take off for an arm lift?

It's hard to say without examining you, but typically my patients with more demanding jobs take 4-6 weeks. You will find that your arms get a bit more swollen with more use. Also make sure that you find comfortable compression garments. Best of luck!
