She then traveled to Africa to engage in research with the Hanang Village Health Project in Tanzania, which later became the platform for the country’s nationalized healthcare program.

After returning to the United States, Dr. Mahony attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, becoming one of a select few female physicians invited to enter the university’s general surgery residency. She went on to complete a hand and microsurgery fellowship as well as the prestigious plastic and reconstructive surgery residency.

The short answer is "yes."
An upper lip lift is a technique which involves a minimal incision at the base of the nose to shorten the lip distance from the nostril margin to the free edge of the upper lip.
The best candidates are those with a long upper lip length and/or thin upper lip.

Am I correct that your far right photo represents your breast appearance 1.5 years after combination breast augmenation and mastopexy?

Removing the implants will reduce your breast volume and contribute to some immediate skin excess. Over the course of about 3 months from surgery, your skin will contract/tighten up a bit and your shape will improve.
