It is possible that your belly button will have a keloid. It depends on a variety of issues. It depends on the technique that is used to close your incisions, the types of sutures and tension, and the type of care you receive postoperatively. You can help treat keloids with Kenalog (steroid) injections as well. Please ensure you see a board certified plastic surgeon for consultation to help answer your questions.
Suture granuloma at muscle repair. Will this compromise the muscle repair?

When they go in to remove the suture granuloma, they will have to open up part of the muscle repair that was done in order to identify the granuloma itself. That is why I always use absorbable sutures for the repair, because it will not cause such a problem. When the general surgeon removes the suture granuloma, he can refix it while he is there.

With any tummy tuck, you should be able to do a plication (muscle repair) regardless of the procedures you have previously underwent. If you have some contour deformities, you should be able to get more liposuction done at the same time as your tummy tuck. Can I get needle deflation before deciding whether to remove or replace my implants?

The benefit of saline implants is that you can deflate them and remove the fluid. There is no danger in this. However, once you decide to deflate them, all the fluid will be gone. You cannot just remove some of the fluid. Whenever patients want to remove saline implants and go to smaller implants, I typically will deflate them ahead of time in order to allow the implant pocket to downsize, and then go in and replace the implants 1-2 months later. Patients have excellent results with this….
Is removal of capsule required?

When undergoing breast implant removal, if you are not having symptoms of a hardened capsule, there is no need for capsule removal. There can actually be risks to capsule removal because it can injure the deeper structures and lead to a pneumothorax. Please make sure to speak to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon about your decisions.
