Our patient is in her 60’s and is a massive weight loss patient. She has a lovely facial structure but had severe premature ageing due primarily to weight loss, with loss of most of her upper facial fat pads and severe skin laxity. A two-stage facial rebuild was undertaken addressing all levels of the face - forehead, upper eyelids, lower eyelids, cheek rebuild, SMAS deep plane facelift, neck lift and jawline augmentation.
