Thank you for your question. From your pictures you have loose tummy skin and the bulge may be due to weak tummy muscles and residual fat. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there are no pictures. Liposuction removes fat but does not tighten skin or muscle. If you do not have separation of your tummy muscles and you have good quality skin, you may be a candidate for liposuction. (Lipo). Thank you for your question. In my opinion, Cellfina will give the best result for cellulite. Cellulite is caused by small little bands that go from the skin to the deeper tissue. In patients, who want a larger behind it is not uncommon for the surgeon to request the patient to gain weight before the surgery. There is a new high tech device used to perform BBL’s. Thank you for your question. Yes you can. This does not tighten upper arm skin as tight as making the incision over the upper arm.
