It looks like you a good candidate for mastopexy surgery. You may want to add a small breast implant to give you some upper breast fullness after the procedure. Make sure your surgeon discussed the scars location and possible complications of this procedure. This procedure needs to be done by someone that is board certified and doing it all the time as it is a complex procedure that has taken me decades to perfect.

The recovery is variable depending on the size and position of your breast implants. I would plan on not lifting your baby for 2 weeks. Make sure your surgeon prescribes a muscle relaxer in addition to pain relief medication. I find this helps people recover faster.

Unfortunately insurance rarely pays for these procedures. I usually have patients such as your self use CareCredit and I submit an insurance bill for them. If insurance pays, Nehru can pay off the CareCredit loan and hopefully will have only made 2-3 payments while waiting for insurance to pay them back. This is actually under 2k usually. You should just take any medications such as these prior to your surgery without clearance from your surgeon as well as anesthesiologist. The worst case scenario is your surgery date will be moved to a time that is safe. It is improper at you discuss this with your docs.

I am not aware of any kinds of soap that I prove the results after breast surgery. In general, we recommend very bland un scented soaps and lotions after surgery. Ask your surgeon what they think as that should be you go to source for these questions. Good luck with your surgery.

It is extremely difficult to fix but can definitely be improved. I would recommend a breast reduction or lift which will allow maximum manipulation of the tissues as well as exposure to the area. Usually we depend on sutures to repair symmastia , so, there is a high revision rate if the sutures fail. This is a tough case so make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon.

Teardrop implants have a 40 percent chance of re operation and are usually a terrible idea for a primary breast augmentation. Your surgeon should be able to get a very nice and natural result with a round cohesive, gummy implant under the muscle and a dual plane approach.

It looks like you will want more of a full tip plasty than what was performed. It will look better in a couple of months when more of the swelling has resolved but it looks like you would benefit from a couple maneuvers to shorten the nose and bring the entire tip and columella more upward.

You could do them explantation of the implants at the same time as the mastopexy and fat grafting. Just remember that fat grafting to the breasts is not really an alternative to breast implants as it gives a very unpredictable size and shape and may require revision procedures for symmetry. Hematoma is a common complication after most plastic surgery procedures. A hematoma right after the procedure is usually the result of poor pain control causing high blood pressure or maybe post op vomiting causing increased pressure on the area. The most important factor is how they are handled. Hematomas should be immediately recognized and then washed out in the operating room.

Based on the photos, you are a good candidate for liposuction now. I find that after doing thousands of these cases, it is fine to loose 10-15 pounds after liposuction and still have terrific results. So, I disagree that you need to be at your ideal weight before liposuction procedures. Good luck and make sure you are going to a board certified plastic surgeon (ASPS).

It looks like your implants re in the correct location based on your nipple position. I would go over immediate post op pictures to see if anything has changed. You may want to consider smaller implants or more narrow if you feel they are too far toward the arm pit.
