Every surgeon has a different protocol when it comes to breast massage. I tend to individualize each patient depending on the surgery but for the most part have them start massaging the implants after the 1st week.

Thank you for your question. You are very early on in your post op period so its too soon to tell how the implants will settle. This can take up to 3-6 months. I would however make sure you have a close follow up with your surgeon so that they can make sure you are progressing properly

I understand your concern but I agree with everyone else that it is still very early on in the healing process to make any final determinations. Make sure you have close follow up with your PS and express your concerns with them. I would also suggest looking at your before pictures with them as well.

Nothing to worry about, it’s common to have some of the steri strips fall off at this point. Let your surgeon know and they may want to replace with more steri strips or scar tape

This would not be a good idea. You may still have drains, the environment isn’t exactly clean and I’m sure your surgeon gave you restrictions that will limit the activities that you can do any way. Stay home, relax and recover to optimize your outcome.

Both swelling and bruising are very common for the first few weeks after breast augmentation. It’s very hard to tell by your pictures if anything concerning is going on. Nothing substitutes for an in-person exam by your surgeon, however.

As suggested by my other colleagues I would have the implants imaged with MRI to make sure they are not ruptured. If they are intact, I would leave them alone unless you are having other issues.

It is still very early in the healing process and I don’t know what exactly was done in your particular surgery it looks like you still have redundancy of tissue. Adding a vertical component to the abdominoplasty can help with this issue and help contour the overall torso better. Keep close follow up with your surgeon to see if this might be needed down the line.

This does not look like necrosis but rather superficial epidermolysis. The top layer of skin will slough off kind of like a blister and should heal without scarring given proper scar care treatment.

Every surgeon has their own postop protocol with excercising but at 8 weeks your own tissue and capsule are holding the implants in place. Easing into your regular exercise program is always good advice but I would check with your surgeon.

While you are still in the healing phase it would be helpful to see before pictures. Breast implants can only magnify small asymmetry differences. You should meet with you surgeon for an in person exam and to go over your before and after photos and come up with a plan

I know I will sound like a broken record but this is a difficult problem. Whatever has caused this problem (infection, wrong size implant selection, etc) your tissue has been stressed to the point that it cannot heal properly. I know it’s probably not what you want to hear but I would suggest having the implants removed and allowing yourself to fully heal before undergoing another revision surgery
