Ellacor is intended to be a bob-surgical skin removal device, while also working to tighten the skin. Preference for Incisions for breast surgery is most likely just surgeon's personal bias. All the available incisions are appropriate for you.

You have animation deformity from having breast implants under the muscle. This is normal and common and more exaggerated early. As your muscle relaxes and accommodates the large breast implants, this deformity will soften. It can take a year or longer. If it persists or is exaggerated, revision surgery may be needed.
