This healthy 31-year-old gentleman was consulted regarding correction of his gynecomastia. The patient had mild to moderate excess fatty tissue, a small amount of breast tissue below the areola and very mild excess skin. I corrected his gynecomastia with a combination of liposuction and direct excision of breast tissue through a periareolar incision. (Sep 6, 2019)
