70-year-old woman, 5’4” 155 lbs, with a history of breast cancer and bilateral mastectomies as well as tissue expander/implant reconstruction. She suffered from a ruptured left silicone implant so we performed bilateral capsulectomies with exchange of implants and revision breast reconstruction for improved breast shape.
