38 year old man treated with Gynecomastia Surgery through VASER HI Def Lipo, shown 3 months post op.
Patient had gynecomastia and tissue excision to make the chest more angular and have masculine anatomy without scars. The lateral pectoralis major muscle was defined as well as the anterior border of the latissimus dorsi muscle, removed the fat over the rib cage between these muscles, defined the midline of the chest between the two pectoral muscles, nippler/areolar complex in contact with the lower pole of the pectoralis major muscle, removed all the tissues below the muscle to promote skin tightening over the ribcage below the muscle and with no sign of incision that surgery was done.
