Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, I see the reasons for your unhappiness. This is a very poor outcome with poor planning of the operation. You do have excess loose skin and fat above the belly button, you have a very high abdominoplasty scar with a full vertical component and poorly done contouring with liposuction. Thank you for your question and photos. It sounds and looks that you had fat reduction surgery of the lower abdomen with the VASER technique by your surgeon. Based on these photos, you did not have VASER Hi Def Lipo. If you wanted definition, the whole abdomen, waist and hips should've been done, possible 360 degrees for the best hourglass shape. It seems that you do have significant skin laxity and fat in the upper abdomen as well. The mole next to your belly button moved up by about 2-3 cm...

Thank you for your question and photos. Normally, there is a slight indentation in the upper abdominal midline, but there's no indentation below the belly button. This can be corrected under local anesthesia by fat grafting this area to smooth out the lower abdomen. Good luck.

Based on these photos, you are an excellent candidate for VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees and fat transfer to the buttocks for enhancement and shaping.
