27 year-old woman who wished to increase her breast size at least 2 cup sizes (to a D+ cup size). I advised her that since she appeared to have weaker inframammary folds and wanted larger implants, that she consider textured implants to achieve better positional stability (and avoid that slipping that would have been more likely with smooth implants). She indeed elected to proceed with Sientra's benign-textured 485cc moderate-profile round cohesive gel implants placed submuscularly via the inframammary folds (shown here approximately 2 months post-op).
