Typically, some degree of animation is seen after subpectoral implants. We do see less animation when a dual plane method is used; sometimes we have to release the muscle even at or above the level of the areola. Conversion to a subglandular plane essentially takes the muscle out of the equation. There are some issues with the fold also. It is best you discuss your case with your surgeon. All the best

One of the pictures does show the implant on the right is different position. The other picture you posted its harder to tell. Slight differences can exist after augmentation. Implants usually settle by about a year. You may have capsular contracture. Sometimes release and repositioning of implants can be done. Otherwise, the results are still reasonable. It is hard to provide advise unless you are examined in person….

Implants can displace for a variety of reasons including stretch of the capsule. Most common implants displace laterally (to the side) and down. Its probably best to contact your implant surgeon to have it checked out. Good luck

Thank you for your question. You present with a common issue for women after breastfeeding/pregnancy.
From your pictures you would be a candidate for breast augmentation. It seems there is skin laxity and measurements would help assist to determine the type of lift.
I routinely offer liposuction of the axilla (arm pit) and lateral chest wall to help improve the contour .

It is possible to combine procedure. You have to check with your plastic surgeon to see if umbilical hernia portion can be covered by insurance and/or he/she wants another surgeon to perform the isolated umbilical repair.

Patients with tuberous breasts or high/constricted folds tend to have implants that stay high after surgery. Its early and you will need to wait for it to settle. Good to have a line of communication with your surgeon to help you navigate any concerns. You seem to be lifting more than you can tolerate at this point.

Based on your size, your implant request seems reasonable. You would need a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to fully assess your breast dimensions and provide a more accurate recommendation.

It appears you have moderate ptosis (saggy), although from the picture the folds seem a bit high. It is not unusual to have a combination of mild tuberous and ptosis. The gap between your breasts is due to the underlying anatomy and the “breast footprint” as they lay on the chest wall.
An implant with mastopexy would help reposition the breast higher on the chest wall and provide improved cleavage (although there will still be a gap). Hope this helps

The answer to your quesiton is it is absolutely possible to break up surgeries into stages and achieve a nice result. Performing surgery for 10 hours in one setting is not advisable.

It seems you have communicated your concerns to your plastic surgeon and he/she is actively managing the issue. It may be localized suture reaction in which the discharge “forces its way out”. Important to have good follow up to ensure it is not a deep infection and the implants are stable.
