We met this 34 year old woman to discuss buttocks implants. She wanted to refine her flat, wide buttocks into a rounder more projecting shape. We placed 460 cc smooth round silicone implants in her gluteus muscle and grafted 360 cc’s of fat to each side to achieve the curvy figure that she desired. The after photos display lasting results.
