While it can be done I think the question is will it get you want you want? I’m not sure. I actually like the aesthetics of your lower back / buttock but that of course is a personal taste. I would wait at least 3 months for the swelling to totally resolve and then I would evaluate it with your initial surgeon and decide if adjustments are warranted.Best

It’s hard to tell based on the photos you’ve provided but I in my experience, fillers are helpful for the bridge of the nose not the tip. In your case it appears as if the tip needs most of the work. That being said, I would recommend a few consultations to educate yourself on what can be done. I think you benefit more from surgery but that’s to be determined.Best

The answer is it depends on your heart health. If your cardiomyopathy is severe and your ejection fraction is impaired I would recommend against having any elective surgery. On the other hand, if it’s minor and your cardiologist believes you are safe for the surgery you want and you have a full workup before surgery prooving your heart is healthy you can have it. That being said, you’ve had a couple septoplasties and a sinus surgery but you did not list a rhinoplasty. To correct the deviation a complete rhinoplasty would be needed with cartilage grafting holding the septum in place. Essentially, your entire nose needs to be taken apart and put back together with appropriate cartilage support to achieve an improvement in the straightness of it. Best
