87 year old female wanted treatment for an open wound of the right upper lip after having a Basal Cell Carcinoma removed by her Mohs surgeon. The wound was reconstructed by rotating tissue from the outer portion of her upper lip to fill the defect. Her post operative follow up pictures are shown here one year after reconstruction.
