61 year old female who had bilateral breast mastectomies in 1989 for fibrocystic disease. She had breast reconstruction with implants and nipple reconstruction at the time by another surgeon and presented to my Sun City west office years later with a ruptured left breast implant and bilateral capsular contractures. I performed bilateral capsulectomies with pocket revision and placement of Mentor smooth round high profile 700 CC silicone implants.
