Mommy Mrs. Treated With Tummy Tuck Plastic Surgery Results By Dr Robert N. Severinac, MD, Fort Wayne, Indiana (46825)
This mommy had a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with fascial plication (muscle tightening) and progressive tension suturing. Notice the following: 1) The effects of the fascial plication in reducing the protuberance of the abdomen and the nice outer contouring of the rectus muscles (six pack muscles). 2) The amount of skin removal allowed by progressive tension suturing with a lowering of her extensive stretch marks. (The remaining are unfortunately impossible to remove). 3) The fine incisional repair which is still slightly red and healing. This will become skin colored when completely healed at about one year.
