Thank you for your important question.  I am sorry but I probably don't have the answer you want to hearI.
I would recommend avoiding breast implant augmentation before pregnancy especially with the history of going up to a 32 DDD during breast feeding.  The implants will add volume to this size during your next pregnancy so you may look as you said "ridiculous".   The skin will also be stretched beyond the DDD cup size which may lead to excess skin and an increased need for breast liftin...

This is a common question and so I am glad you asked.  My answer is not necessarily the correct one, it's my opinion that will differ from others.Liposuction removed fat just below the skin.  It will not tighten the skin.  So the best candidate are patients who do not have very much skin in the area.You are a much better candidate for a tummy tuck.  Doing liposuction alone would decrease the bulk of the abdomen but I think the excess skin would be unsightly.The best option for you is more...
