This patient underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with lower flank liposuction, fascial plication (tightening of the muscle layer), and progressive tension suturing. Notice the following: 1) The liposuction blended the abdominoplatsy with the hips. 2) The outer shadows of the rectus muscles (six pack muscles) has been brought closure together from the fascial plication. 3) The progressive tension suture allowed more skin and fat excision and drain removal in less than one week (Sep 6, 2019)
